Role Overview
We are seeking a Venture Capital Associate to join our Singapore team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in deal execution, portfolio management, and supporting the firm’s investment activities globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the full investment process, including deal screening, due diligence, financial modelling, and investment presentation
- Conduct comprehensive market and technology research, as well as competitive analysis in target sectors
- Support portfolio companies post-investment
- Identify emerging trends and technologies within AI, semiconductor, robotics and deep tech spaces
- Develop and maintain relationships with founders, investors, and industry experts
- Represent AICONIC VENTURES at tech events and conferences in Asia
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics)
- 2-4 years of experience in a technology company, startup, AI/deep tech research, venture capital, investment banking or consulting
- Demonstrated interest in deep tech, AI, and semiconductor technologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Nice to have: Basic understanding of term sheets and deal structures
